The only exception is personalised products that you've customised yourself.

For returns, please use the original shipping box to ensure the items arrive back undamaged. Once we receive the returned items, we'll refund the full purchase price, and if you return the entire order, we'll also refund the original shipping costs.

However, if you return only part of your order, causing the remaining order value to fall below the threshold for free shipping (which varies depending on the country), we may charge you the shipping costs retrospectively.
